Contract Baling Service: HWP operate a high capacity baling plant and offer contract baling services to many local authorities, waste management companies and other recycling organizations.
From arriving at our site you will be met by a fully trained traffic marshal who will direct you to our 50 foot, 50 tonne weighbridge and assist with your quick, safe and efficient turn around when making your delivery of material for processing.
Precise details of all deliveries and collections of material are entered in to our specialist software to enable us to supply detailed reports showing the movements of materials and assisting us to make regular stock takes.
We are able to process around 50 tonnes per hour of paper grades and produce bales with an average weight of 900 kilos which means we can always load out going vehicles to maximum weight keeping transport costs to a minimum.
You have the option to collect your baled material by ether curtain sided trailers or we can load in to shipping containers for export with all documentation, photographs and annex vii being completed by our weighbridge staff and forwarded on to you.
